WorldRider Productions is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of all Allan Karl and WorldRider products.
Contact WorldRider Productions, within 60 days of your invoice date if, for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with any product you’ve received from us. The returned product must be in re-sellable condition, or we cannot accept the return.
Returning a product?
If the product you ordered didn’t meet your needs, we want to know about it. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to return a product, just follow these simple steps:
Contact us via email to email@example.com within 60 days of the invoice date to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Note that refund processing can take up to 2 weeks.
Carefully re-pack the item in in a sturdy and protective packaging, along with all related material. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number inside and on the returned package.
Returned products must be in “like new” re-sellable condition. For deeply discounted products there are no refunds, but we will gladly exchange or provide credit.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. the customer is liable for any and all lost or damaged return items. So please return your item using a trackable shipping method and with insurance.
